Reinforced concrete with technical characteristics according of the anti earthquake regulations.
External Wall finishes
External side of walls will be of natural stone. Built by the traditional Cypriot style with reinforced concrete inside.
Internal Wall finishes
All walls are given three coats cement render, skin coated and painted three coats of emulsion paint.
Insulation
Damp proof membrane for all ground floor walls
Floors
Living room, kitchen will have natural stone 40x40 cm. Bathrooms and toilets will have ceramic tiles. Bedrooms will have parquet or tiles.
Doors-Windows
Doors, windows, frames and shutters will be made of solid wood and painted with wood stain.
Wardrobes
The wardrobes of the bedrooms will be of 18mm melamine. Dimensions according to the plans.
Ceiling
Wooden beamed ceiling in pine wood.
Roof
Roof will be covered with a high quality clay tiles and will slope according to the plans.
