Full Description: This is a part renovated traditional stone village house and part recently built in the same style. It is located on the edge of the village of Dora, which is a hilltop village approximately 600m above sea level, in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Dora is about 45 minutes drive from Limassol and 25 from Paphos Airport. Troodos itself, along with Platres and Omodos are within easy driving distance.
All walls are stone and built in the traditional style, and are in keeping with the rest of the village. All floors are stone tiles and sealed. The total area of the plot is about 1100m2 of which about 700m2 is available for new building. A concrete driveway connects the property with the road.
Living Room/Dining Area/Kitchen (approximately 30 m2)
